ON DIET - Target 52 KG@9:50 AM

OMG!!!! actually no one could be blame, they din force me to eat. I have to take the responsibility. Dun know since when i start eating all those junk food like chocolate, ice cream, keropok, dessert, cake, fast food and etccccccccccccc.

last week went to KFC with arthur and his friends,i will never finish one zinger burger on my own but i did that day.......daniel say i eat to much but the burger really became smaller than before...but still... i know my appitite is getting bigger even my roommate was surprised when i finish my kong fur mee at mamak. since they know me i never and ever finish the food in my plate. I can eat people left over food than i can feel full already but now.....i am so sad:(

My dear friends please stop telling me i have losing a lots weight, i am get lazy then i will eat more. Tell me i am fat k? I will do my best to lose weight. Is a promise to myself. Target- 52kg.

BAN LIST:



  1. Ice-cream
  2. All things that fry before
  3. Fast food- I like Mcdonald burger...
  4. Sweet - is so hard to quit because i use to eat sweet after every meal
  5. Roti Canai- i will miss roti pisang a lot
  6. Peanut butter
  7. Supper- ONLY limau ice
  8. Instant Noodle- i will stop getting them from Giant
  9. CAke- birthday season is over haha
  10. For the sake of my health and self image i shall only eat VEGETABLES, FRIUTS, BEANCURD. NO RICE.

Dear friends stop asking me out for food k? Swimming and jogging i dun mind.
